At the SAP Virtualization Week in April 2008 SAP, a group of 11 major virtualization vendors founded the Enterprise Virtualization Community to develop concepts and strategies to bring virtualization to the business level. One of the first projects this community was working on was the creation of an Enterprise Virtualization Map, which will help customers to get the complete overview of how the various virtualization technologies and products can be used for SAP solutions in the best possible way.
